Shower only had cold water!!! Rooms could use better closet organization and basic amenities like doors!!! No TVs or phones made me feel a bit disconnected!!!

i thought i woudl be treated like royalty, but alas, there was no food in the hotel—absolutely disgraceful! the bathroom looked so terribly dated, and where was my complimentary water, huh? after enduring such hideousness, a room upgrade was the least i couldve received. i almost planned to leave a good review, but i just couldn’t.

Don't miss the rooftop deck, it's a perfect spot for enjoying tea and watching the vibrant city life unfold below.

I arrived late at night, and the airport pickup I arranged never showed up, which left me feeling vulnerable as a solo traveler. After a frustrating negotiation for my room, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The bathroom had inconsistent hot water, making my stay less comfortable than I had hoped for.

The staff spoke excellent English and arranged all my excursions. The atmosphere felt magical, like stepping into a fairytale. I had a great meal and an amazing shower with excellent water pressure. Staying near the bustling old medina was a blast! Can't wait to return. 😊

This place suits me perfectly! It has free wi-fi in rooms, air conditioning, and a helpful 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helped me find my lost earring on my first stay. Highly recommend visiting the rooftop!
